Know Me Better

I am a counsellor with more than 30 years of experience providing mental health services. As a psychotherapist who has been practicing for more than 20 years, I have worked in the areas of children’s mental health (aged 6 – 16), violence against women, transitional age (15 – 25) youth, adults, Indigenous, LGBT and new Canadian communities.

I work from a relational, attachment-based, trauma-informed care and cultural competency framework. Currently registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, I am a skilled provider of therapeutic counseling in the following areas:
